The staff collaborates on solving problems from arranging assignments to completing production work and helping with photo research requests. Erica and David, co-directors, coordinate photography projects: referring the right photographer, preparing proposals and seeing that the work is completed and delivered on time. The production schedule is managed by Ryan with Amanda heading the post-production imaging department. Christine is the head researcher; Morunda, the bookkeper. Ali maintains the Newsroom and the social media sites.
